THREE MINUTES OF HOME IMPROVEMENT.

Ever wondered why the expression “remodeled kitchen” ups the ante in real estate? It’s because it costs over tens of thousands of dollars. Home kitchen areas that were in previous years camouflaged and utilized solely for food preparation have now become an entertainment space and a symbol of one’s respect for and knowledge of home-cooked cuisine.

Here, we have a homeowner who filmed the entire three month-long renovation of his kitchen which he then reduced into a three-and-a-half minute video. Everything is pulled apart, moved out, stripped, gutted, primed, stained, organized and plugged back in. The result was- for lack of a better term- a beautifully-remodeled kitchen which we can admire thanks to the helicopter video pass-by zooming in on all the fancy new features.
