So for those of yous who have no idea what it is that I do (which actually, would probably be the most of yous, since I never did formally introduce myself) other than post random YouTube videos from the dark corners of the interwebs, here it is. My name is Lily Lin and I’m a Taiwanese-Canadian expat² currently living and working in Berlin, Deutschland. I spent most of my days at Acronym as the graphics girl, which keeps me plenty busy and out of trouble. But I also draw silly pictures for other people when they ask me to.
Recently I was approached by Bloomberg Businessweek to do a few illustrations for a column of theirs in this week’s issue. This was my first ‘real’ editorial in a long time and it was a lot of fun. Anyhoo, here are the results and now go get yourself a copy and get smart on business and economics!
(The elements I drew for them, and yes, they asked me to draw Bob Lutz punching a baby polar bear)
