Creativity on demand is no joke. I was a web / graphics designer for an online lead gen company before starting my new shirt brand. And it was hard to explain the difficulties of my job, but I think you nailed it. Where do you grab the inspiration from to be done with a project that’s due at 4:30? Not their problem I guess.
