TODAY FOR LUNCH is just a daily snapshot into my favorite meal of the day.
Today I’m enjoying a sandwich from Russ and Daughters. It is a toasted onion bialy, with white fish salad, horseradish cream cheese, tomato, red onion and capers. It is a perfect mix of creamy, salty and tangy to complement the white fish salad.
Paired with a Dr. Brown’s Root Beer, this combo is pure perfection. Yum.
