A nicely shot and touching short film highlighting the lives of a group of youths in war-torn Afghanistan, and the involvement of Skateistan in their lives. Skateistan is a charity project, and the world’s first co-ed skateboarding school with a team of international volunteers to work with boys and girls between the ages of 5 to 17. I consider myself very luck with what I have, and have had. Nothing like a small dose of someone else’s reality to feel humble and thankful. I just filled out the volunteer form, we’ll see what happens.
