Remember that time when Crap Hound was featured on boingboing.net it’s ok if you don’t. But I found my issues 5, 6 and 7 the other day, which got me thinking if they released another one. I went over to readingfrenzy.com and lo and behold issue 4 was rereleased!

Here’s the description from the site:
Between a brief introduction and the end credits, Crap Hound is pure imagery. Each page is filled with high-contrast art, carefully taken from vintage catalogs, advertising, obscure books, and found ephemera. Through sheer volume of artfully arranged iconography, Issue No. 4 visually explores popular meaning, cultural ideals and historic symbolism of Clowns, Devils and Bait.
Debuting in 1994, Crap Hound became a favorite of both zine readers and publishers, and has received enthusiastic reviews from sources including The New York Times Magazine, RE/Search Books, the American Institute Graphic Arts, and the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum.

These zine are fun and awesome, you should check them out before they are all sold out… again.

THIS is nice, it reminds me of dover books. thanks Jerry!
