My friend Seiji McCarthy sent me this photo from a TV he recently purchased. He knew I would find it as amusing and ridiculous as he did. On the remote of his TV, there is a green “ECO” button. He wondered what it did so he looked in the manual only to find: “ECO: Key has no function“.
Is this some marketing gimmick? A ploy? Lazy design? Whatever it is, it’s just plain sad.
