Often times, I don’t have the opportunity to tell you guys about how a project comes to fruition. I often say, “it’s the little things that make up the big things”; and for better or for worse, I rarely talk about the little things on this blog—you just get to see the big things—the final output and product. I wish I did have more mental capacity/free time to capture these things down and document them…but often, it’s on to the next season/special project/collaboration/product launch/etc, etc, for me and my team.
For Reed Space Honolulu, we were able to work with a great team based out in Honolulu called Creative Solutions. On their site, they did what I wish I could always do…document each and every step of the creative process in detail…in this case for the Reed Space pop-up shop. It’s an awesome read for anyone who has ever asked how a project happens and what it took to execute. Enjoy it. It’s a rarity. And a big thank you to Team CS!
多くの場合、１つのプロジェクトがどのように実現されるかは皆に話すことはありません。僕がよく言うのは「大きな事は小さな事の積み重ね」ですが、良くも悪くも、このブログではその小さな事にふれる事はなかなかありません。ここでは大きな事、最終的な結果や商品しか見られません。そういう細かいことも捉えて記す気力と時間が自分にあれば、と思います。ただ、そんな時、僕と僕のチームはもうすでに来シーズンのスペシャルプロジェクト/コラボレーション/プロダクトリリース/などなどに取り掛かっています。
