OK, get ready for a massive update. This is our STPL Spring 2010 Collection (Delivery 1). Just in time for warmer weather, April showers and May flowers. Everything you see here is available at Reed Space as of TODAY.
The theme, as with the tees, we recently posted follows the “Econ Major” theme. Most of the pieces seen here are made in Saitama, Japan. You can expect a major step up in quality from this STPL Collection. This is serious garment making boys.
We shot the entire look book in New York’s landmark Wall Street Financial District. After 9/11, do you know how hard it is to do a shoot there? Also notice, there’s not a single person in each shot other than the model. Not an easy feat to pull off. Props to Ana Leiva for the photography.

ルックブックはすべてニューヨークの有名な金融街のウォールストリートで撮影しました。9/11の後、撮影をするのにどれほど大変だったことか。また、すべての写真にはモデル以外の人は写っていません。それも容易なことではありませんでした。写真を撮ってくれたAna Leivaにprops。

what made you decide to make the garments in Japan as opposed to NY like the fall line?
Japan and NYC cost about the same to manufacture. The difference? Americans are lazy. Japanese are diligent. Sorry, but there really isn’t a nicer way to put it.

I just checked the ShoFolk website and im lil bit confused about the model of model’s brown shoes. Is it Armstrong – Tan or Armstrong Edwin – Brandy?
