In terms of food oddities…this ranks up there with fried scorpians on a stick, blowfish sperm and raw chicken. Hiroshi forced me to try this embryotic concoction of chicken meat with a coagulated chicken egg dangling off the end. Scary. But good. HF always be trying to get me to put strange things in my mouth. (Pause)
