Amelia Mary Earhart (born July 24, 1897; missing July 2, 1937) was the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean. She set many other records, wrote best-selling books about her flying experiences and was instrumental in the National Woman’s Party, and an early supporter of the Equal Rights Amendment.
She disappeared on her final attempt to fly around the world near Howland Island (which in itself is a very interesting story). Howland Island has no economic activity, and is perhaps best known as the island Amelia Earhart never reached. Airstrips built in the late 1930s to accommodate her planned stopover were never used.
I was looking over old photos of Ms. Earhart recently and I was struck by her beauty, confidence and style. Look at these photos. They could easily be mistaken for something a fashion magazine today would do to try and come off as “hip” or “cool”. It was innate for her.
Amelia Mary Earhart(1897年7月24日生まれ、1937年7月2日消息不明)は単独で大西洋の上空を飛行した世界初の女性でした。

Not sure if the movie is good or not…

you are right, a few of those look like they could be straight out of the pages of a fashion magazine.
I thought the movie looked like a real dud…which is unfortunate given how interesting the story is.
The movie, not good. The photos here are amazing. She looks like this months vogue magazine. I swear she is fashion forward dude, the flicks exude freshness!
WHAT UP JEFF???! PEACE!
I am sure Hilary Swank has done an amazing job, and even looks similar, but in a few of those photos, it seems Milla Jovovich could be her clone.
