I recently picked up the new Magic Mouse from Apple. I was very excited because most of you Mac Users know what a piece of crap their old mouse was. Beautiful form. But that trackball was garbage. So after heading up to the new Upper West Side Apple Store in NYC (which is UH-MAZE-ING!); I was excited to get home and start mousing. To my astonishment though…there was no way to utilize Exposé and Dashboard!!! WHHAAAAAATTTT!!! How could they do such a stupid thing? I quickly let the Twitterverse know my dissatisfaction.
先日、Appleが出した新しいマジックマウスを手に入れました。Macユーザーはお分かりの通り、前のマウスはクズだったので、凄く楽しみにしていました。美しいフォルムだったが、トラックボールは最悪だった。なので、ニューヨークのアッパーウェストサイドにある新しいApple Store（ちなみにお店はヤバかった！）で購入した後、家に戻ってマウシングするのが待ちきれませんでした。でも、唖然とする事に．．． Exposé とDashboardを使える方法が見当たらなかったのです！！なにー？！そんなバカな？そして、僕の不満をTwitterverseで知らせました。[ 新しいマジックマウスにExposé とDashboardのホットキーが見当たらない?!!?WTF??]
I went right back to Apple to return the Unmagical Rat. They gladly accepted.
Mac Rep: “Can I ask why you want to return it?”
Me: “3 fucking words bitch: NO. EXPOSE. DASHBOARD.” [ok I didn't quite say it like that]
Mac Rep: “Oh! You can still return it but I can show you how that works. Apple didn’t do a good job of explaining how to do it, but it IS possible.”
Me: “Prove it you little punk ass bitch.” [ok I didn't quite say it like that]
And here is the solution. It’s not under “Mouse” in the System Preferences. It’s under “Expose”. It’s not exaaaactly the same because you still need to hit a hot key to activate Exposé and Dashboard but it’s better than nothing. And quite honestly, 98% of the time, I do have my non-mousing hand on the keyboard.

僕：「だったら証明してみろ、コノヤロウ。」（まぁ、そんな言い方もしてません。）
そして、これが解決法。システム選択の中の「マウス」ではなく、「Expose」から操作します。それでも Exposé とDashboardを起動するのにホットキーを押す必要があるものの、無いよりはマシ。そして、正直、98％の時、マウスを持っていない手はキーボードの上にありますから。
It ain’t perfect Jobs, but you saved yourself on this one—thanks in part to the great staff you have in the stores.

A few months back, I posted a picture of a sneaker customizer who took a pair of Nike Air Max 90s and turned them into Pigeon’s. They were sick. Recently another fan hit me up and showed me what he made on Nike iD. In his words:
“What’s up dude? I saw your old post of some dude that custom made some AM90s in the Pigeon color way, pretty neat!. So I was messing around in NikeiD right, and I think I was able to accomplish a “pigeonesque” color way. Not exactly like how the first guy did it, but I was so curious that I had to buy them just to see how they came out and I think they came out pretty good. I used “Infrared” for the “orange/pink/salmon” accent. Just thought I’d share it with you. I just got them in today, and just needed to show someone haha. Keep up the inspirational work man! Happy Thanksgiving!”

「What’s up dude? 以前、誰かがAM90sをPigeonカラーウェーにカスタムしたブログを見たんだけど、結構いいね！それで、NikeiDでいろいろいじくってたら、 「Pigeonらしい」配色で作ることが出来たと思うんだ。最初の人のものとはちょっと違うけど、どんな風に出来上がるか気になったから、買ってみたん だ。出来上がりは上々だと思う。「orange/pink/salmon」アクセントの代わりに「infrared」を使ったんだ。ただ見てもらいたく て。今日届いたから、誰かに見せたくて。笑 これからも人をインスパイアし続けてくれ！Happy Thanksgiving!」

Earlier this summer, we dropped the Kangol Pigeon Sunshade Cap. We love working with them so much we return with 2 winter styles for your dome piece.
今年の夏、Kangol Pigeon Sunshade Capを出しました。一緒に仕事をするのがあまりにも楽しかったので、再び、頭を飾る2つのウィンタースタイルを作りました。
First up is the Military Knit Cap. It’s 100% Lambswool rib knit. Military inspired construction. Buttery napa leather trim. Overlock stitch details throughout and chain stitch STPL embroidery. Comes in black only. $45.
最初はMilitary Knit Cap。 100% ラムウールのリブニット。ミリタリーにインスパイアされた作り。滑らかなレザートリム。全体にオーバーロックステッチのディテールとSTPLのチェーンステッチ刺繍。色はブラックのみ。＄45。
And second we have the Brennan Wool Cap. 100% Melton Wool Outer. Convertible flaps to keep your ears nice and warm when you need it. Suede leather binding. Flannel lining. Tiger camo details on the interior. Chain stitch STPL embroidery as well as customized brass engraved plate detail. Comes in Charcoal only. $85.

STOKED!!!
Just got the new Staple-ized Soul from the good people at Kia Soul Collective. If you recall, we did a first edition Kia Soul a few months back. That baby, in the Rain Camo was a beauty, but alas, Kia has been touring the country with it. As part of the project, I get one of these automobiles as well and I decided I wanted to design this one slightly different. Instead of Rain Camo, I opted for a Digital Snow Camo with a molten red base. It’s literally a fireball rolling through the snow! I love the way it came out!! I’ll be driving this bad boy all over town and this Christmas/New Year’s, I’ll be touring the eastern seaboard in it…driving from NYC to Miami and back. Look out for me! Objects in mirror are closer than they appear!
