The best way to get around Florence is by bike. It’s a relatively small city with tons of traffic and very narrow streets…hence, Biking is the hands down winner to check out a lot of sites quickly. But for some geek reason, I felt a need to try out these Segways in Florence. I know, I know…Segways are the new Rollerblades…but I just had to try this out. It was wack. So slow. Bad on cobblestone streets. Can’t hop curbs. The future ain’t here yet.
フィレンツェの中を移動する手段で最適なのは自転車です。比較的小さな都市で、渋滞も凄く、道も狭い．．．なので、色々な場所を速く回るには自転車が一番。しかし、オタクの僕は、なぜかフィレンツェでSegwayを試したかったんです。分かってます．．．Segwayはローラーブレードのようなもの．．．でもどうしても乗ってみたかった。最悪でした。遅いし。石畳の道に不向きだし。縁石を乗り越えられないし。未来はここでは通用しない。
