I’ve lived all my adult life in NYC and I have never been to one of the culinary landmarks of this great city: Peter Luger’s Steakhouse. My friend and fellow AnD’er, Dan The Automator was in town and on a whim we went over to BK for the steak experience of my life. (Helps to know people!)

If you’re interested in knowing, this translates to about 4 additional pounds on the scale. I think Dan’s verdict on Luger’s is spot on: “This isn’t the best steak, but it is my favorite place to have a steak.” If you get a chance, try the steak at Prune.

. Pictures simply do not do this gadget any justice. The “pill” is held together magnetically and smoothly separate when needed. All wires are tucked and locked away. Bass can be increased with a simple twist. For their size, they sound surprisingly good. These are the joints to pack next time you find yourself in a Holiday Day Inn Express with only your iPod to pass the time.
