DEJA VU.

02deja.1.650

There was an excellent article in last week’s NY Times about a mental condition in a small percentage of people in where they experience the sensation of Deja Vu constantly throughout their lives. One patient found newspapers and television overwhelmingly familiar. She even had to quit playing tennis because she claimed she knew the outcome of every rally. Another turned in his library card because he felt he had read every single book on the shelves already. Makes you wonder how doctors know they are the ones with problems and not everyone else in this world. Read up.

Speaking of Deja Vu…I was able to catchup with a lot of old friends this past week. It was like a big reunion all week long.

nealbaby
I’ve known Neal since middle school and he just recently popped this bad boy out. Well, not him, his wife. But regardless, the kid is mad cute.

yukiko
Yukiko is an interior design genius and she helped to create the original Reed Space design. We went to Parsons together.

thor
Melanie (far right) was one of Staple’s first designers and she now has her own line of hi-end leather bags and shoes. We had lunch with 2 friends who specialize in commercial retail real estate. Jay and Beth are good people to know.
