If you travel around downtown NY…you’ll notice many WALK/DON’T WALK signs have been modified. Some WALK signs have little outfits on the dude. And some DON’T WALK signs have been converted to ROCK hand signs or the middle finger. Well I have found the culprits behind it. And in fact, one of them has been working for me for the past few weeks! I have video sureveillance.
