I had my first meal with Mike from Levi’s Japan (dude in the middle). Great guy I met a few years back who makes things happen over here in Japan for Levi’s. He’s responsible for Tab Device and Fenom, Hiroshi’s Levi’s collection. A smart business man with the right mix of left brain creativity and right brain number crunching. Met him for a great dinner at a nearby hotel. The jetlag begins to takeover…
OK in Japan, this is what they call “Ceasar Salad”. This plate encompasses all that is good in Japan. I didn’t even want to touch this sculpture.
